Tall installations
What better to have a circular pipe, to get the water efficiently down into the water management system.
Side installation
Smartly done in the recess and fits perfectly.
Up the wall
Straight up the wall. Downspout brackets or clips do NOT penetrate the downspout, like typical competitors do. Minimizes leaks and clogging.
Corner
Corners are made out of one piece of metal with no need for caulk or rivets. This guarantees no leaks which is great if your site is 30 feet up.
Side view
The system will perform for the buildings owner for many years to come. By superior function and lifespan, we offer much lower maintenance costs than traditionally are connected with many other gutter systems.
525 Ridge Street in Charlottesville
A relatively new apartment complex, where W A Lynch Roofing among other things, provided the installation of the Nordic gutter and water management system.
Double trouble
The offsets work great for your typical 4 inch water table.
Clean lines
A little closer view of “double trouble”. The Nordic system really looks extremely clean.
Drop closeup
The downspout brackets sits extremely tight. Allowing for superior grip around the downspout without any need for penetrating the same with screws. Who wants to put a screw through the kitchen sink pipe…
Ridge street view
Water management from larger roof areas, especially in common or commercial locations are really key. Less risk of freezing sidewalks, less risk for accidents and lower maintenance costs overall.
Sunny side
For all publicly accessed areas and where landscaping is prevalent, to have reinforced pipes at the bottom is a great idea. Overseas we call them Vandal pipes.
Overview
Great picture of proper water management (with the risk of repetition here). Conductor heads, normal outlets and reinforced pipes at the bottom where cars are moving.
Perfect match
Our Nordic gutter system together with conductor heads made by W A Lynch locally. Great combination.
